- Source of tourists:
Africa = 28.3%
Europe = 28.1%

- Number of international passenger arrivals in the Libreville airport

The three main urban centers (Libreville, Port-Gentil, Franceville) are host to around 70% of European visitors, the majority of whom are French.
The demand for tourism services comes primarily from two sources:
- Demand coming from abroad, primarily from Europe, and mostly for exploration, fishing and business trips, which tend to be long (1-3 weeks),
- Demand from local residents. These are short stays (a maximum of 2-3 nights, and generally long weekends) that occur frequently throughout the year.
